Flowtly Documentation
Flowtly is a tool designed for small and medium-sized businesses that struggle with document flow, communication around employee benefits, and company cost control.
When purchasing access to Flowtly, you can choose the specific features your company needs. Modules are available during the subscription setup process. Each feature is organized into groups and includes dedicated dashboard widgets that provide relevant information and statistics. The Employees module is the core module required for other modules to work optimally.
Employee Management
Maintain complete profiles for each employee, including personal details, agreements, employment history, qualifications, and contacts. This module is essential for proper operation of all other modules.
Holiday Register
Manage holiday requests and attendance tracking with ease. The Holidays module is an integral part of the Employees module and can only be purchased together with it to ensure smooth management of employee leave and time off.
Project Tracking
Allow employees to log and manage time spent on specific projects or tasks. Add clients and projects, define project rates for individual employees, generate reports of worked hours and FTE, and track time spent on projects and other activities.
