Delete your account and data

If you no longer want to use Flowtly, you can ask us to delete your account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to request deletion, what we remove, and what we are required to keep.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@flowtly.eu from the address registered on your Flowtly account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request, verify that you own the account, and complete the deletion within 30 days.
* Individual users: we remove your personal profile and sign-in details. If you belong to a company workspace managed by someone else, we also notify your administrator that your access has been removed.
* Workspace owners: you can ask us to delete the entire organisation, including its workspace and all associated user accounts.

What we delete

  • Your name, email address and sign-in credentials
  • Authentication and device tokens, including biometric sign-in enrolment
  • Push-notification registrations
  • Your profile preferences and settings

What we keep, and why

Invoices, accounting documents and financial transactions are retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law, after which they are deleted or anonymised. We keep this information solely to meet our legal obligations and do not use it for any other purpose.
