Essentials covers employee records, agreements, projects and time tracking. Professional adds two things Essentials does not have at all: leave management, and cost control — contractors, bank accounts, MT940 import, reinvoicing clients, and cost and income reconciliation. It also adds the Manager, HR manager and Recruiter agents. Enterprise adds resource booking and dedicated support with a first response within 8 business hours, and brings SSO enforcement, the security and administration features and the DPA into one agreement, at a price quoted for your organisation.

Access continues on the plan you selected and billing starts, unless you cancel first. You can cancel from the platform at any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period you are in, and the fee for that period is not refunded.

Yes. Besides the 14-day trial you can start yourself, we offer a free 30-day pilot. Ask our sales team to set one up. No fee is charged during the pilot.

You are billed per account on your plan, not per person whose data you keep in Flowtly. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period. Added accounts are charged pro rata straight away; removed accounts drop off from the next period.

Implementation is quoted per project: from about 900 € to 2 400 €, as a one-off fee. The final fee depends on the scope of the implementation.

There is no separate notice period. The agreement renews with each billing period, and you can cancel at any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period you are in.

Yes. Subject to mandatory provisions of law, any liability of Flowtly for failure to perform or improper performance of its obligations under the Terms and Conditions is limited to the amount of remuneration received from your organisation for the last 6 months.

Enterprise is Professional plus resource booking and dedicated support, with a first response within 8 business hours. It brings together in one agreement what a procurement review asks for: SSO enforcement through Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, the audit trail, multiple organisations from one sign-in, API tokens, webhooks and the data processing agreement (DPA). From 24 November 2026, the 99.5% monthly availability in section 9 of the Terms applies to every plan. Support hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Central European Time, Monday to Friday, except Polish public holidays, and remedies agreed in an Enterprise agreement replace the standard fee reduction. Yes. Clients, contracts, invoice history, supplier invoice registers, bank statements and assets load in bulk. A dry run checks each load before anything is written. See what loads and what you set up by hand.

No. An administrator can switch modules off for the organisation, and on again when the team is ready. Start with one area and add the next later. The price stays per account on your plan, whichever modules are on.

Check before you pay, not after: the feature pages and the knowledge base describe what the product does today, and the release notes record what changed and when. Run your own data through it in the 14-day trial. If something is missing, tell us what it is and how you handle it now, and we will tell you whether it is planned.

The Flowtly interface is available in seven languages: English, Polish, German, French, Spanish, Ukrainian and Romanian. This website is also written in Swedish, Portuguese, Dutch, Danish and Italian; in those languages you use the English interface.

Yes, within a limit you can hold us to. We update the price list at most once a calendar year, and only for inflation and increases in our cost of providing the service. An increase is never more than 20% of the rates then in force.
