Is Flowtly an ERP or a set of tools?
Flowtly is an ERP for small and growing service businesses, built around profitability. HR, finance, projects and operations share one model, so every hour, cost and invoice lands on the same margin.
What does AI actually do in Flowtly?
AI removes busywork: approvals, checks, reminders, and data matching. It supports decisions — it doesn't replace them.
How transparent are Flowtly’s pricing and VAT handling?
Pricing always shows net and gross totals per currency, including VAT. If you need a hands-on review, our team walks through every line item and explains how taxes, implementation fees, and subscriptions combine.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of users?
There is no minimum number of users. The maximum number is 300, but can be individually increased if necessary.
What happens to my company's data if I cancel my subscription?
Depending on your decision, the data can either be deleted or archived in compliance with applicable regulations.
Can Flowtly employees see my data?
No. If you ever need assistance, add a Flowtly employee to your workspace temporarily and choose exactly which permissions to grant.
Can I count on support during system implementation?
Yes, we offer support for implementing Flowtly. We can also provide advice on selecting and configuring modules based on your company’s specific needs.
