Where do we store employee contracts?

In the Agreements module — create and manage every contract type from one place. Flowtly tracks each agreement's status (active, finishing, not started yet, or recently ended) so you always know which need attention.

Will we be warned before a contract expires?

Yes. Flowtly automatically flags which agreements are ending or need action, on the employee list and on the dashboard, so renewals don't slip through.

Can we control who sees which employee data?

Yes. The Permissions tab lets an admin grant or remove role-based access per employee — from broad admin rights down to a single scoped role like viewing agreements — so sensitive data stays visible only to who needs it.

Can we track the benefits each employee is entitled to?

Yes. Configure the benefits your organization offers on a single card per employee, so what each person is entitled to is recorded right alongside the rest of their profile.

How does an employee's rate feed into client invoices?

Each employee can have a per-project hourly rate, set in the client's currency. Flowtly uses logged hours against that rate to calculate what gets billed, so tracked time turns directly into invoice lines.
