Employee Agreements
The Agreements tab allows us to define the terms of cooperation for a specific individual. We can add agreements for specific contract types, periods, employment sizes, and more. This is detailed in the Agreements section.
Example use cases
- Onboarding a new hire: Define the initial employment contract, including salary, start date, and job terms, to ensure a clear understanding from day one.
- Contract amendments: Update an existing employee's agreement to reflect a promotion, change in responsibilities, or modified working arrangements.
- Compliance management: Ensure all employee contracts adhere to specific legal and regulatory requirements for different regions or contract types.
- Managing global teams: Handle diverse agreement structures for employees across various countries, accommodating local labor laws and benefit packages.
