Timesheets and approvals feed the burn charts and draft invoices you approve.
For software teams
Give delivery, staffing, and finance the same operating system
Flowtly replaces scattered spreadsheets and niche tools with one workspace for pipeline, sprints, budgets, and hiring so PMs, finance, and talent partners share identical context.

See who is on each engagement and when — then declare roles and fill them from the bench or by request when you want to plan ahead.
Track retainers, sprints, and change requests with live burn vs. budget for every squad.
What Flowtly does for you
Capabilities matched to how your industry actually works
Ship faster without losing control
Track sprints, retainers, and change requests in a single workspace so PMs, finance, and executives share the same numbers.
Sync Flowtly with Git, ticketing, and accounting platforms to keep timesheets, budgets, and invoices consistent.
From qualified lead to signed build
Convert a qualified lead into a client without re-entering anything: the contacts carry over, a deal opens at the first pipeline stage with Prospect as its origin, and the earlier conversation stays with it. Won and Lost close from the board, with a reason from your own list on a loss, so patterns across retainers and fixed-scope work become countable. Closed deals stay filterable on the List tab and can be reopened; the project and contract that follow are created deliberately, not automatically.
Flowtly playbooks for your industry
Pick an operational challenge and see how teams solve it with Flowtly.
Staffing plans live in spreadsheets, so hiring always lags demand.
Delivery, staffing and recruiting each keep their own list of the roles a new engagement needs, so when the work starts the right engineers still aren’t booked or hired.
Open an engagement and see who is on it, in which role and for how long. To plan ahead you can declare the roles it needs, and every unfilled one shows as a gap from the week it is needed — the bench shows who has room, draft bookings let you test options without counting them, and the open-roles filter turns what is left into a hiring brief.

Retainers and project budgets are reconciled manually, so PMs can’t see true burn vs. budget.
Finance closes books in Excel while PMs track hours elsewhere, leaving no shared view of retainers, out-of-scope work, or live margin.
Flowtly keeps retainers, T&M projects, and fixed-fee budgets in one workspace. Timesheets, change orders, and invoices update burn charts automatically so PMs and finance see the same live margin, alerts, and billing schedule.

Contractor access and NDAs scattered?
Freelancers join via chat, get tool access ad hoc, and no one tracks NDA status or offboarding—risking leaks and compliance gaps.
Send each contractor’s NDA for e-signature before work starts. They sign from an emailed link with a one-time code, no Flowtly account needed, and the Signatures list shows which NDAs are sent, partially signed, completed, declined or expired, so nobody starts on an unsigned agreement.

Revenue recognition stays manual, so finance can’t keep up with milestones, fixed-price, and T&M models.
Milestone approvals, retainers, and timesheets are stitched together at month end, delaying revenue reporting and confusing leadership.
Flowtly ties project milestones, retainers, and T&M work to billing rules. Once a milestone or time entry is approved, revenue schedules update automatically and finance exports accruals with the right context.

Sales runs in separate steps. While prospecting, you log every call, message and reply against a company. When it is ready, converting turns it into a new or existing customer, copies its contacts and opens a deal in the first pipeline stage, marked with Prospect as its origin. You then move the deal through the pipeline and close it on Won or Lost, choosing a reason from a fixed list when it is lost, so lost work is countable at quarter end. Winning a deal records the outcome; it does not create the project or contract for you, so setting up the engagement is its own next step. Access comes in three roles: Sales Viewer, Sales Operator and Sales Manager.
How does Flowtly connect Git/Jira data with staffing and budgeting?
Flowtly doesn’t ingest raw commits or tickets automatically, but it’s easy to adapt. Teams usually import time from Jira or expose workload summaries via lightweight automations/CSV so staffing and budgets stay in sync.
Can Flowtly manage fixed-price, T&M, and retainers in one place?
Yes. Create each project type with its billing rules—retainers with drawdowns, fixed-price milestones, or T&M with rate cards—and monitor them together with shared alerts and reporting.
What controls exist for security/compliance (access to code, environments, documents)?
Flowtly tracks the operational side (tasks, approvals, budgets) but it is not an access-control system. Use your existing IAM/DevSecOps tooling for repositories and environments, then log the workflow or evidence links inside Flowtly when needed.
