Accessibility statement
This statement covers the flowtly.eu website in all twelve languages, and the country sites that serve the same pages. It does not cover the Flowtly application you sign in to at workspace.flowtly.eu.
The standard we work to
Our target is WCAG 2.1 level AA. We describe the site as partially conformant: the checks below run on every change, but no independent audit has assessed the whole site, and the known gaps further down are still open.
What is checked on every change
These checks run automatically on every pull request, before anything reaches the live site.
- Grey body and muted text colours are compiled from our design tokens and tested against the 4.5:1 contrast ratio on white and on the brand tints. Grey text lighter than that fails the check.
- Icons that open or close a section are tested for 3:1 contrast against their background.
- The main navigation menus open, move and close from the keyboard, and Escape returns focus to the menu button.
- On the homepage, decorative icons are hidden from screen readers and headings descend without skipping a level.
How every page is built
- Each page declares its language, so a screen reader reads it with the right voice.
- Each page marks its main content as a main landmark, so assistive technology can jump straight to it.
Known limitations
- There is no skip-to-content link yet. Keyboard users move past the navigation with Tab, or jump to the main landmark with their screen reader.
- Some knowledge-base and blog articles arrive from our content system with a second top-level heading. The build reports each one but does not yet block it.
- Images inside articles carry the alternative text their author wrote; no automated check covers it yet.
- Rendered pages are reviewed visually on demand, one representative page per template, not on every change.
- Live status on status.flowtly.eu needs JavaScript. Without it, the page shows the uptime measured when it was last published.
Report a barrier
If something on this site is hard or impossible to use with your browser or assistive technology, write to support@flowtly.eu. Include the page address and what you were trying to do.
How this statement was prepared
Prepared on 22 October 2026 by self-assessment: the automated checks described above and a review of the site's source code. It was last reviewed on the same date.
