Subscription and billing

Flowtly Editorial Team3 min

Flowtly's billing is handled by a separate app at account.flowtly.eu, not inside your workspace. From your workspace, use the Manage billing link to open your organization's billing pages.

Subscription status

Your organization's billing page displays its current subscription status and upcoming actions:

  • Trial — Your subscription is free for the initial 14-day period. The trial start date and end date are shown on the page.
  • Active — Your subscription is currently running. This status includes the date of your next renewal.
  • Past due — A payment attempt failed and is pending retry.
  • Canceled — The subscription has been cancelled and is no longer active.

Your plan

Flowtly is sold as a small set of fixed plans — Team, Business, and Enterprise — each bundling a fixed set of features (for example, Business adds property patrols/asset checks and budgets/contracts/approvals on top of Team). There is no self-serve toggle to turn individual modules on or off: which modules your organization has access to is determined by the plan (Stripe product) you are subscribed to. An Enterprise plan with negotiated pricing and terms is available for organizations with larger or specific requirements — this is arranged with Flowtly rather than self-serve.

To change plans, open the Plans page from your billing app.

Users and pricing

Pricing is calculated per seat, billed monthly.

Payment and invoices

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Flowtly does not store your full card details. You will provide your payment card information when activating your subscription. Your billing address and tax identification number (TIN) will appear on the invoices Flowtly issues for your subscription.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time via Manage billing, which opens Stripe's hosted Billing Portal — the same place you manage your card and plan.

Example use cases

  • Manage employee leave requests and holiday schedules using the Time off module.
  • Track project progress, allocate resources, and monitor associated costs with the Projects and Costs control modules.
  • Streamline employee onboarding, maintain personnel records, and manage recruitment workflows using the Recruitment & HR and Employees modules.
  • Generate client invoices based on tracked project hours or resource utilization via the Invoicing module.
