Subscription and billing
Manage your Flowtly plan, modules, and payment from Settings → Billing.
Subscription status
The billing page displays your current subscription status and upcoming actions:
- Trial — Your subscription is free for the initial 14-day period. Upon trial conclusion, your registered card will be charged automatically.
- Active — Your subscription is currently running. This status includes the date of your next invoice.
- Awaiting / Expired / Cancelled — These states indicate that payment is pending, the subscription period has concluded, or the subscription has been cancelled. You can reactivate your subscription from this page if it is in one of these states.
Your plan and modules
Flowtly's functionality is structured into modules, allowing you to pay only for the features you enable. Use Configure subscription (or navigate to the Plans page) to enable or disable modules such as Time off, Projects, Recruitment & HR, Costs control, Resource booking, and Invoicing. The Employees module serves as the core foundation for all other modules. A Custom plan is available for organizations with larger or specific requirements.
Users and pricing
Pricing is calculated per active user. The total amount is determined by the number of active accounts, not by the total number of people on file within your organization. The Members page indicates which accounts are currently included in your billing.
Payment and invoices
Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Flowtly does not store your full card details. You will provide your payment card information when activating your subscription. Your billing address and tax identification number (TIN) will appear on the invoices Flowtly issues for your subscription.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Flowtly provides an optional field to submit a reason for cancellation, which helps improve the product.
