Subscription and billing
Manage your Flowtly plan, modules, and payment from Settings → Billing.
Subscription status
The billing page shows your current status and what happens next:
- Trial — your subscription is free for the first 14 days. When the trial ends, your card is charged automatically.
- Active — your subscription is running; the page shows the date of your next invoice.
- Awaiting / Expired / Cancelled — payment is pending, the period has ended, or the subscription was cancelled. In these states you can re-activate from the same page.
Your plan and modules
Flowtly is modular — you only pay for what you switch on. Use Configure subscription (or the Plans page) to turn modules on or off, including Time off, Projects, Recruitment & HR, Costs control, Resource booking, Invoicing, and more. The Employees module is the core module the others build on. A Custom plan is available for larger or specific needs.
Users and pricing
Pricing is per active user — the final amount is determined by the number of active accounts, not by how many people you have on file. The Members page shows which accounts currently count toward billing.
Payment and invoices
Payments are handled securely by Stripe; Flowtly never stores your full card details. You provide your card when you activate the subscription. Your billing address and tax identification number (TIN) appear on the invoices Flowtly issues for your subscription.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription from the billing page at any time; Flowtly asks for an optional reason so the product can keep improving.
