Integrations

Flowtly Editorial Team3 min

Flowtly connects to the systems your organisation already runs, so data does not have to be typed in twice. This page lists those connections in one place, says what each one moves and in which direction, and points to the page that explains how to set it up.

Banking and payments

  • Bank accounts, through Kontomatik. Link your business bank accounts and their transactions are imported into Flowtly regularly, ready to match against invoices and costs. Several accounts can be connected. See Bank Integration.
  • Stripe. Connected as a read-only source: your Stripe payouts and charges sync into Flowtly and are reconciled against your invoices. Flowtly cannot move money in your Stripe account. See Connect your Stripe account.

E-invoicing

  • KSeF, the Polish national e-invoice system. Invoices you issue in Flowtly can be sent to KSeF, with their submission status tracked, and invoices issued to your organisation are pulled in from KSeF and matched to your suppliers.
  • ANAF (RO e-Factura), for Romanian companies. A Romanian company's invoices are filed with ANAF instead of KSeF, and its supplier invoices are fetched from ANAF on a schedule. The company has to be authorised with ANAF under Romanian e-invoicing in the invoicing settings, and authorised again when that authorisation expires.

Both are described in E-Invoicing.

Accounting software

Flowtly produces ready-to-import files for Comarch Optima, Symfonia, Wapro and enova365: invoices and costs for all four, and leave and absence data for Optima as well. You choose the month or the date range and the kind of export, and hand the file to your accounting office. See Accountancy Exports.

Calendars

Google Calendar. Absences are added to a Google calendar as soon as they are approved, or created by a manager, and later changes and deletions follow them there. Setting it up needs a change in your Google Workspace administration as well as in Flowtly. See Google Calendar Integration.

AI assistants

  • Flowtly Assistant. Flowtly's own chat, signed in with your Flowtly account, which answers questions about your data and makes changes after you confirm them. See Flowtly Assistant.
  • Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools. Add Flowtly as a connector in an AI tool that supports custom connectors, and ask that tool about your Flowtly data in plain language, or have it create and update records for you. It works within your own Flowtly permissions. See Connecting AI Tools (Claude, ChatGPT).

Your own scripts and systems

An API token lets a script or another system work with Flowtly on your behalf. A token carries your identity and your permissions, so store it somewhere safe, such as a password manager. You create and revoke your own tokens in your profile. See API tokens.

Example use cases

  • Stop downloading bank statements by connecting the company's accounts once.
  • Send every sales invoice to KSeF from the invoice itself, without a separate e-invoicing tool.
  • Give the accounting office an Optima file each month instead of a pile of PDFs.
  • Let the team see who is away in the Google Calendar they already use.
  • Ask Claude or ChatGPT for this month's overdue invoices without opening Flowtly.
