To start using Flowtly, sign up from the Flowtly website and choose Start free trial. Enter your work email and a password, activate your account from the email Flowtly sends you, and it is ready.

Once it is active, sign in to your workspace at workspace.flowtly.eu. The person who creates the account becomes its first administrator, with full access to set everything else up.

If you would rather look around before committing, open the demo organisation first — a fully populated sample company you can explore without signing up.

Activate your account

After you sign up, Flowtly sends an email to the address you entered. Open the link in it to activate your account. You cannot sign in until you do. The link opens a confirmation page; then sign in with the email address and password you chose.

If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder. If it is still missing, or the link no longer works, choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and enter the same address. Setting a new password from the email you receive also activates your account.

Which email addresses you can use

  • Use a permanent address. Temporary or disposable email addresses, such as those from throwaway-mail services, cannot be used to sign up or to create an organization. Flowtly shows the message "Disposable email addresses are not allowed. Use a permanent email address." Sign up again with an address you will keep.
  • Gmail variants are one address. For Gmail (including googlemail.com) addresses, dots and a +tag are ignored when Flowtly checks for an existing account, so name@gmail.com, n.a.m.e@gmail.com and name+work@gmail.com count as the same mailbox. You cannot open a second account with a variant of an address that already has one.
  • One account per address. If the address already has an account, Flowtly answers "User with this email already exists", whether or not that account was ever activated. Do not sign up again. Sign in, or choose Forgot password to set a new password, which also activates an account that was never confirmed.
