Schedules in Work Time
Once an employee is assigned to a work schedule, it will be possible to review it in their personal calendar under the "Work Time" item in the main menu starting from the week that includes the day the schedule is assigned.
Within the "Work Time" section, you will see the work schedule defined for the current week. The calendar view also allows you to check your schedule for future weeks or review past weeks. To navigate through the weeks, simply use the back and forth arrow buttons. You can quickly return to the current week by clicking the "Today" button.
If a schedule starts or finishes in the middle of the week, you will see the weekdays outside the schedule displayed without defined working hours. If a schedule is unassigned, the default Work Time view will be displayed for the user starting from the next Monday.
Time outside of your working hours will be shaded in the background. If there are predefined breaks in your schedule, they will be displayed similarly to time off. Days designated as working days according to your schedule will show the Start and End times at the top of the calendar day cell.
Holidays will also be visible in the "Work Time" view. As soon as a holiday request is accepted, it will appear at the top of the calendar day cell with an icon and color representing the holiday type. Hovering over the holiday chip will show detailed information about the holiday, including duration, and type.
If the Project module is active, employees can also log their working time directly within the Work Time view.
