Project & Task Notifications

Flowtly Editorial Team2 min

Flowtly delivers notifications about project assignments, task updates, and comments via both email and in-app alerts to relevant team members.

Project assignment

When you are assigned to a project, you receive an email notification. If a new phase is added to a project you belong to, all project members receive an email notification.

Task assignment

When a task is assigned to you, you receive an email notification at your company email address. This email includes the task name, the associated project, and a direct link to open the task in Flowtly.

Task status changes

When the status of a task you are assigned to changes (e.g., from "To Do" to "In Progress"), you receive both an email and an in-app notification. Both notifications clearly display the previous and new status of the task.

Task comments

When another user adds a comment to a task you are subscribed to, you receive both an email and an in-app notification. The user who added the comment is excluded from receiving this notification.
