Schedule Notifications

Flowtly Editorial Team1 min

Flowtly sends email notifications when work schedules are assigned or updated, ensuring employees are always aware of their expected working hours.

Normal schedule assigned

When an employee is assigned a standard work schedule, they receive an email with the schedule name and effective date.

Exception schedule assigned

When an exception schedule (e.g., a temporary shift change or holiday coverage) is assigned, the employee receives an email that includes the generated schedule plan showing the specific days and hours.

Active schedule updated

When an active schedule that an employee is already assigned to is modified (e.g., shift times changed), the employee receives an email notifying them of the update.
