List columns

Flowtly Editorial Team2 min

List columns is one of the advanced settings, found under Settings → Advanced → List columns. It lets you choose which additional attribute columns appear on the main lists, shown before the action column.

You can configure extra columns separately for:

  • Project columns — on the projects list
  • Asset columns — on the assets list
  • Budget columns — on the budgets list

Pick the attributes that matter most to your team so the information they need is visible at a glance, without opening each record.

These are organization-wide defaults. Everyone can view them, but only org admins can change them. Save your selection to apply it across the organization.

Example use cases

  • Showing a "Client" attribute column on the projects list.
  • Adding a "Location" column to the assets list for facilities teams.
