Flowtly provides a holiday management system that allows employees to manage their holiday entitlements and enables managers and HR Administrators to oversee holiday schedules and settings.

Employee Capabilities

Employees can:

  • View their remaining holiday balance and holiday history.
  • Submit new holiday requests by selecting a start date, end date, holiday type, and adding an optional note.
  • View the status of their submitted holiday requests (Pending, Approved, Rejected).
  • Cancel or edit Pending holiday requests.
  • See which of their team members are off on a selected day.

Manager Capabilities

Managers can:

  • Approve or reject holiday requests submitted by their team members.
  • Manage holiday allowances for their team.
  • See who across the entire company is off on a selected day.

HR Administrator Capabilities

HR Administrators can:

  • Configure company-wide holiday types and set up accrual rules for holiday allowances.
  • Manage company-wide holiday allowances for all employees.
  • Import bank holidays.
  • Configure public holiday groups and assign employees to them.
  • See who across the entire company is off on a selected day.
