Finance Dashboard
The Finance Dashboard in Flowtly gives finance teams and executives a real-time overview of the organization's cash flow. It presents key metrics in interactive charts, enabling data-driven decisions without the need to export data to external tools.
Cash flow tracking is the core component of the dashboard, presenting inflows and outflows over configurable time periods (defaulting to 30 days). Users can filter by individual bank account or view all accounts combined, and refresh cached data on demand. The dashboard requires the Accountancy Viewer role for access.
The costs and income sections provide navigation to the underlying transaction and invoice data that drives cash flow. While detailed cost breakdowns and income tracking are available through the Costs Control and Invoices modules respectively, the Finance Dashboard focuses on aggregated cash position trends.
