Кожному співробітнику можуть бути призначені різні бенефіти для покращення його компенсаційного пакету та загального добробуту. Типовими прикладами таких бенефітів є спортивний пакет, пакет медичного страхування або транспортна надбавка. Для надання співробітнику бенефіту необхідно призначити йому раніше створений бенефітний пакет. Ви можете створювати та управляти новими бенефітними пакетами в системі Flowtly, що дозволяє налаштовувати пропозиції відповідно до потреб вашого персоналу.

Приклади використання

  • Призначення стандартного пакету медичного страхування новому співробітнику під час адаптації.
  • Пропозиція гнучкого бенефіту членства в спортивному клубі для всіх співробітників, що дозволяє їм обирати бажаний клуб.
  • Надання щорічної надбавки на оздоровлення, яку співробітники можуть використовувати на абонементи в спортзал, масаж або інші послуги, пов'язані зі здоров'ям.
  • Управління різними рівнями стоматологічного покриття залежно від стажу або посади співробітника.
