Overview

The Property Booking feature in Flowtly’s Business Management System (BMS) allows users to manage and schedule property reservations. It enables users to create, track, and manage reservations for individual property units. The system provides tools to monitor property availability, block dates, and maintain an overview of all current and upcoming bookings.

Example use cases

• Secure a Guest Reservation: Book a specific property for a guest, defining reservation dates and capturing guest details.
• Manage Property Availability: View and update the booking calendar for property units, preventing double-bookings.
• Track Upcoming Stays: Monitor all current and future reservations, including guest details, payment status, and check-in/check-out dates.
• Handle Special Booking Conditions: Block specific dates or periods for maintenance, owner use, or other reasons to prevent new bookings.
