Why the Flowtly Ecosystem exists
The Flowtly Ecosystem is a curated catalog of the tools we replace and the tools we work alongside — across ERP, HR, accounting, banking, automation, invoicing, and benefits. Each entry tells you whether Flowtly competes with the platform or complements it, the markets where it matters, and the concrete advantages of consolidating with Flowtly.
Use it to compare Flowtly directly with the systems your team is already running — from Polish ERP suites and KSeF tooling to global CRMs, banks, and freelancer marketplaces — or to find the right partner for the parts of your stack we do not aim to replace.

Frequently asked questions about the ecosystem
A quick read on how the catalog works and where Flowtly fits next to the tools you already use.
What's in the Flowtly Ecosystem?
A catalog of tools across more than ten categories: ERP, HR, accounting, banks, benefits, automation, invoicing, freelancer marketplaces, CRM, expense management, time tracking, and industry-specific solutions. Each entry tells you whether Flowtly competes with the tool or complements it, and which markets the entry is relevant to.
What's the difference between "Competitor" and "Complementary"?
"Competitor" means Flowtly covers the same scope and can replace the tool — often faster, cheaper, and lighter to deploy. "Complementary" means Flowtly intentionally does not replace the tool, but integrates with it, feeds data into it, or centralizes management around it.
Does Flowtly integrate with every listed tool?
Some integrations are out of the box — payments, Polish banks, popular CRMs, KSeF, and accounting offices. Others run through APIs or automation platforms like Make. Each entry page describes the integration mode that is currently available.
Is the list kept up to date?
Yes — the list grows with the market. We add new tools (like Comarch Betterfly after its rebrand from Comarch ERP XT) and refresh existing entries whenever positioning, pricing, or target market materially changes.
Does Flowtly support KSeF e-invoicing?
Yes. Flowtly validates and submits structured invoices through KSeF and keeps document statuses in sync with the system. If your current tool only partially covers KSeF, individual entry pages explain how Flowtly fills the gap.
