Sign in to Flowtly Console and watch the assistant list a user’s active projects in plain language.

Before you start

Flowtly Console (console.flowtly.eu) lets you interact with your organization using natural language. In this tutorial you will sign in and ask the assistant to list all active projects assigned to a specific user.

The assistant returns a grouped list of projects so you can quickly verify assignments without opening each project.

Step 1

Sign in to Flowtly Console

Go to console.flowtly.eu and sign in with your Flowtly account. If you are not yet connected to an organization, create one first and then return to the console.

Tips
  • Use the same login you use for app.flowtly.com so the console can access your organization context.

Step 2

Ask for the user’s active projects

In the chat input, ask for the active projects of a user, for example: “Show me the projects of John D.” The assistant responds with the projects currently assigned to that user, grouped by project type.

Tips
  • If multiple users match, add the email address or full name to disambiguate.
  • Use wording like “active projects” to exclude archived or inactive projects.

Step 3

List people assigned to a project

Ask the assistant who is assigned to a specific project, for example: “Who is assigned to Project Alpha?” Flowtly Console returns the people currently assigned so you can confirm staffing without leaving the chat.

Tips
  • If the project name is similar to others, include the exact name as shown in Flowtly.

You can now query project assignments for any user. Try refining the prompt with “active”, a project type, or a time range when you need a narrower answer.
