A Redesigned Leave Experience (9–23 Sep 2026)

What changed

This update is mostly about leave: a redesigned balance card, manager-filed requests, and a clearer preview before anyone submits. Alongside it, suppliers get their own invoices view, several screens get a proper mobile layout, and a handful of dashboard and sign-up issues are fixed.

Highlights

Leave and holidays

• Leave and holiday balances got a redesigned balance card, with a "how we calculate it" explainer and a calendar preview before you submit a request.
• A manager can now file a leave request on an employee's behalf, and preview a whole repeating request before approving it.

Invoices and mobile

• Suppliers now have an Invoices tab on their profile, and the sales invoice list can be exported to XLSX or CSV with your current filters applied.
• Several mobile screens — banks, locations, work schedules, bulk invoices, and signatures — now use a card layout designed for the phone.
• Dashboard widgets can be reordered, and rearrange automatically on a phone.

Fixed

• Inviting someone new now shows upfront how many seats it will cost.
• The finance dashboard's revenue figures now show the right number of decimal places for the currency.
• The dashboard's absence widget lists names in the correct order again.
• A bank-transfer sign-up in progress is no longer cancelled while it is still being set up.

Why it matters

Leave requests are easier to trust before you send them, key screens finally work properly on a phone, and a few rough edges around invoicing and sign-up are gone.
