Contracts, Tasks, and Assistant Answers (19 Aug – 9 Sep 2026)

What changed

This update reworks how contracts and tasks are reviewed, tracks leave down to the minute, and gives Flowtly Assistant a public question-answering mode and a simpler start for new accounts.

Highlights

Contracts and tasks

• Contracts: a guided first step for a new contract, plus a review workbench that shows the rates a contract states and why it has no total yet.
• Tasks got a redesigned detail view, organised into clear sections instead of one long form.

Leave, onboarding, and Flowtly Assistant

• Leave and holiday allowances can now be entered and tracked in hours and minutes, not only whole days.
• Onboarding: the old nine-step setup wizard is gone, replaced by a simpler start.
• Flowtly Assistant can answer product questions publicly, without an account, once an organisation turns it on.
• Flowtly Assistant's console now follows your system's light or dark preference by default.

Fixed

• Cash-out shows totals and a supplier breakdown, not just a list of payments.
• Corrected invoices show up again in a client's payment history.
• Sign-in and account setup now show the real error instead of a misleading one — a backend hiccup no longer reads as "wrong code" or "wrong password", and creating an organisation from Flowtly Assistant no longer fails in four of five interface languages.

Fewer dead ends when something goes wrong, clearer contract and task reviews, and a faster way to get an answer or get started.
