Reservations, Resourcing Requests, and Romanian (22 Jul – 19 Aug 2026)

What changed

This update reshapes how teams book shared assets and staff projects, brings a clearer company-wide finance overview, and adds Romanian as a full interface language.

Highlights

Reservations and resourcing

• Reservations for shared assets got a rebuilt booking flow, with clear availability, holder names, and serial numbers where they matter.
• Resourcing requests: ask for staffing, see the full approval history, and get a stated reason when a request is declined.
• Resourcing actuals: a plan-vs-reported view shows utilisation and margin so managers can see how allocations actually played out.
• Romanian is now a full interface language — the platform's seventh.

Finance and invoicing

• The company-wide finance overview was rebuilt as one summary of billed, planned, and cash figures.
• Payments moved under Finance and was renamed Cash-out.
• Invoices can reuse a saved line-item template per supplier, so repeat invoices need less re-entry.

Fixed

• Uploading a batch of incoming invoices no longer replaces the invoice you already had open.
• Leave days for part-time employees are now counted against their own contracted capacity, not a full-time baseline.

Why it matters

Less manual re-entry, clearer numbers at a glance, and a platform that now speaks Romanian too.
