Flowtly update: Richer guided demos and a smarter, safer AI assistant
What changed
Today's release makes Flowtly far easier to try and trust. The hosted demo accounts are now filled with realistic, fully populated data and a smoother sign-in experience, so prospective users see the product working end to end. The built-in AI assistant got more reliable and respectful of the user's language, and we improved Tasks, contract intake, and several everyday workflows along the way.

A complete, realistic demo experience
We rebuilt the sample demo companies so every screen shows lifelike data instead of empty placeholders. Anyone exploring Flowtly now sees populated projects, budgets, invoices, employees, and approval queues that reflect how the product actually works.
- Demo companies now come pre-filled with project descriptions, budgets, realized actuals, paid supplier invoices, and multi-line outgoing invoices.
- Employee profiles include contact details, job titles, responsibilities, and populated detail tabs, and the absence-approval queue now contains real pending time-off requests.
- Each demo company has its own branded logo and realistic team roles, client contacts, and task descriptions for a more convincing walkthrough.
- Fixed a demo budget glitch that displayed planned income inflated by thousands of percent, so figures now read correctly.
Easier demo sign-in with the right guardrails
Trying Flowtly is now nearly frictionless: demo links sign people in automatically, even if they were already logged in elsewhere. At the same time, we added clear boundaries so demo sessions stay focused and safe.
- Demo deep-links now sign visitors in automatically and start a fresh demo session for anyone already logged into another account.
- A subtle in-app banner now indicates when you're in a demo session.
- Demo accounts can no longer create new organizations or add organizations, keeping the demo experience contained.
A more reliable, language-aware AI assistant
The assistant now responds in the user's own language and handles requests like booking your own vacation more dependably. We also closed a few rough edges where internal technical details could slip into replies.
- Replies built by the assistant are now translated into the user's language, including correct handling of Polish vacation requests and personal time-off.
- Stopped internal technical details, such as tool instructions and session identifiers, from ever appearing in assistant responses.
- Improved language detection so an English answer containing an accented name is no longer mistaken for another language, with a safe fallback if translation is slow.
Tasks, contracts, and document intake
We continued modernizing the Tasks area and made it easier to act on incoming documents. Contract review now does more of the data entry for you, and shared documents reach the right place faster.
- The Tasks pages were rebuilt on our newer list framework with faster, more reliable sorting, an inviting empty state, a clear add-task button, and completion metrics.
- When reviewing a contract, Flowtly now matches existing business partners automatically and surfaces extracted payment instalments, and you can create a linked project inline.
- On Android, you can now share a document straight into Flowtly tagged as an incoming invoice or a new contract, and it uploads automatically.
Everyday fixes and reliability
Several smaller fixes smooth out day-to-day use across notifications, search, the dashboard, and the support form. We also resolved a couple of errors that could interrupt key actions.
- Notification links now open the correct page when tapped, including older-style links and contract-analysis alerts.
- Searching the awaiting-attachments list now ignores accents, so results appear regardless of how names are typed.
- The dashboard now stacks into a single, readable column on smaller screens, and the support help form no longer fails to submit.
- Fixed an error that could prevent cash-out payments from displaying correctly.
Why it matters
These updates help teams work faster, reduce friction in daily operations, and improve overall reliability across the platform.
