What's New in Flowtly: Two Months of Spring 2026 Updates
Two Months, One Platform: Everything New in Flowtly This Spring
The last two months have been our busiest yet. From AI-assisted finance to digital document signing, dozens of improvements have landed across Flowtly — all designed to help European SMEs run finance, HR, projects and operations from a single, AI-ready platform. Here's a roundup of the highlights you may have missed.
Smarter, more connected finance
Your books just got more automatic. You can now connect Stripe as a bank source, so card revenue and payouts reconcile themselves, and our foreign-currency matching got smarter at linking invoices and transactions across currencies. We rebuilt budgeting from the ground up with granular, line-by-line cost allocation — including splitting supplier invoices across projects by surface area or metered consumption — and added budget forecasting with current-month and end-of-year projections. New P&L by Person analysis shows exactly how each team member contributes to profit.
Invoicing and accounting, with less friction
A redesigned invoice approval workflow brings clear, multi-step governance to every bill, while invoice reminders and a dedicated reminder queue help you get paid on time. We improved correction invoices, the supplier-invoice list and e-invoicing visualisation, and introduced accountancy supporting documents and transaction questions so your accountant can resolve queries right inside Flowtly.
Sign documents without leaving Flowtly
One of our biggest additions: you can now send documents and contracts for signature directly from Flowtly, track their status and store the signed copies alongside everything else. Combined with richer contract documents and multi-document support, your paperwork now lives in one place from draft to signature.
People and performance
HR took a big step forward with performance review cycles, employee targets and OKRs, and clearer leave-balance tracking — giving managers the tools to set goals, run reviews and keep teams aligned without spreadsheets.
Projects, assets and operations
Large project lists are now tidier with project folders, and field teams can generate and scan asset QR codes to find equipment and log property inspections on the spot. Across the platform, the everyday list screens are faster, sortable and mobile-friendly.
AI that works for your finances
The Flowtly AI finance assistant became smarter and safer, drawing on your live budgets, P&L and cashflow to answer real questions about your business — and we made guided demos richer so new teams can explore everything hands-on.
Mobile and access
The new Flowtly Android app arrived with quick share-to-Flowtly upload of invoices and contracts, alongside more reliable mobile uploads and tidy card layouts. We also added Sign in with Apple and sidebar alert badges that surface what needs your attention at a glance.
