Aftaler er grundlaget for medarbejdermodulet. Afhængigt af om medarbejderen har en aktiv aftale, vil vedkommende være synlig eller ikke synlig i andre systemmoduler.

  • Onboarding af nye medarbejdere ved at definere deres indledende ansættelsesvilkår.
  • Styring af forskellige ansættelsestyper, såsom fuldtid, deltid eller kontraktbaserede roller.
  • Sikring af juridisk overholdelse ved at dokumentere og spore alle medarbejdernes kontraktlige arrangementer.
  • Kontrol af medarbejdernes synlighed og adgang på tværs af andre Flowtly-moduler baseret på aftalestatus.
