Reporting a security vulnerability

If you think you have found a security vulnerability in Flowtly, please tell us. Here is how to report it and what we ask of you.

How to report

Email the security team. Describe what you found, the steps to reproduce it, the page or endpoint affected and what an attacker could do with it.

Access, change or delete only data that belongs to you, and stop as soon as you have shown the problem.
Do not test with denial of service, spam or social engineering against Flowtly, our staff or our customers.
Give us reasonable time to fix the problem before you make it public.

We reply to the address you wrote from and keep you informed while we investigate and fix the problem.
