Permission groups

Permission groups, under Settings → People → Permission groups, are reusable bundles of permissions you assign to employees. Edit a group and the change applies to every assigned employee instantly — no need to update people one by one.

Roles that aren't part of any group can still be granted as per-employee overrides, but adding them to a group keeps access clearer and easier to audit.
