Project & Task Notifications
Flowtly notifies team members about project assignments, task updates, and comments via both email and in-app notifications.
Project assignment
When you are assigned to a project, you receive an email notification. If a subproject (phase) is added to a project you belong to, all members of the parent project are notified.
Task assignment
When a task is assigned to you, you receive an email notification at your company email address. The email includes the task name, project, and a link to open the task.
Task status changes
When the status of a task you are assigned to changes (e.g. from "To Do" to "In Progress"), you receive both an email and an in-app notification showing the old and new status.
Task comments
When someone adds a comment to a task you are subscribed to, you receive both an email and an in-app notification. The comment author is excluded from the notification.

All project and task emails require the recipient to have a company email address configured in their employee profile.
